  The estimated investments, reinvestments, and revenues from operation of the new oil sands projects are approximately $2,077 billion (2010 $Cdn)
  during the period 2010--‐2035. This is also known as the “initial outlay” in this report.  $253 billion is considered strategic initial capital for construction and $1,824 billion for operation, maintenance and sustaining capital. More...
