Henk ten Wolde
Economic Consultant
Henk ten Wolde is responsible for the Alberta Netherlands Trade Office in Edmonton. He facilitates the connection between various business partners in Alberta and the Netherlands. An important aspect of opening opportunities is diminishing the lack of awareness between Alberta and the Netherlands when it comes to trading opportunities. Henk gives Dutch companies (e.g., agricultural related companies, environmental companies) and organizations (e.g., research institutes and universities) insight in the opportunities they have in Alberta. He refers to this as 'connecting the dots`. Henk has a background in business, advanced education and politics.

J. Angus Watt

Angus Watt is Honorary Consul of the Consulate of the Netherlands in Edmonton.
Angus graduated from York University in 1974 with a degree in Political Science. He is Managing Director, Individual Investor Services, National Bank Financial, and mentor of the Angus Watt Advisory Group.
As Central Alberta’s business authority, Angus broadcasts 62 times per week on Global Edmonton TV and 630 CHED.
Angus is Chair, Alberta Order of Excellence Council. He is currently a Director (and past Chair), Edmonton Police Foundation. He serves as an advisor to The Canadian Cancer Society, The Hearing Foundation of Canada, and Little Warriors. Previously, Angus was chair of The United Way of Northern Alberta (two terms), chair of The Minerva Foundation, The Support Network, and The Support Network Foundation. He is a past board member of the TELUS Edmonton Community Board, and David Foster & Friends Edmonton Committee. He is a past recipient of the “Paul Harris Fellow”, awarded by the Rotary Club of Canada.
Marga Huisert
Consular employee
Marga Huisert is a consular employee at the Consulate of the Netherlands in Edmonton. She is responsible for general consular tasks like the distribution and applications of formal documents (e.g., visas, passports, birth certificates) and takes care of the financial matters of the consulate.
Marga is a support staff member for the Alberta Netherlands Trade Office. Her tasks at the ANTO are for the most part secretarial.
